  • We may also send general information or offers. You can unsubscribe anytime from promotional emails via your account settings.

4. Data Sharing

For quality assurance, all lessons are recorded. Recordings are used to:

IMAM Academy Refund Policy

At IMAM Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and fair, transparent policies. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our services.

1. General Policy

All refunds are handled according to the plan and session type purchased. Refunds are issued only in specific cases outlined below. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to support@imamacademy.net within the applicable time frame. You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

A. Lessons Canceled by Imam Academy

If a teacher cancels a session or Imam Academy cancels a class for any reason, students will receive a full refund for that session, regardless of their plan type.

B. Lessons Canceled by Student

If you cancel a session more than 4 hours before its scheduled start time:

  • Platinum Plan: Up to 3 refunds per month.
  • Gold Plan: 1 refund per month.
  • Silver Plan: No refunds for student cancellations.

If you cancel less than 4 hours before the session, no refund will be issued.

C. Technical or Service Issues

If a class cannot take place due to verified technical issues caused by Imam Academy or your assigned teacher, you may request a reschedule or refund for that session.

2. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).
  • For international transactions, bank or currency conversion fees may apply.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Missed or unattended lessons without prior notice
  • Account closure after lessons have started
  • Subscription downgrades during an active billing cycle
  • Partial use of prepaid packages or promotional offers
  • Lessons forfeited due to violation of the Terms of Service

4. Refunds After Account Cancellation

If you close your account, any remaining balance or upcoming lessons are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule remaining sessions within 30 days of account closure if your plan allows it.

5. Discretionary Refunds

In cases of verified emergencies (e.g., medical conditions, family emergencies, or major travel disruptions), IMAM Academy may issue a partial or full refund based on documentation and management approval.
